macOS document readers remain responsive when selected text stays active during
trackpad momentum scrolling and rapid direction reversals. Native content mounts
around the viewport while offscreen items retain their scroll destinations and
measured heights.

Find and fragment navigation retain their visible destinations during resize.
New scroll or selection commands cancel pending position corrections. Collapsed
code, diagram source and zoom choices, panned diagram regions, and explicitly
started video sessions survive scrolling away from their source.

HTML lists preserve each item's source mapping when multiline content or
character references require fallback ranges, including nested lists and CRLF.

Swift Package products and minimum platforms are unchanged: macOS 13,
iOS/iPadOS 16 and visionOS 1. The separate browser package remains at 0.2.11.
